The Alaska Catholic Conference of Bishops (ACCB) is the unified voice of the Roman Catholic Bishops in Alaska. Members include Most Reverend Paul D. Etienne, D.D., S.T.L., Archbishop of Anchorage, Most Reverend Roger L. Schwietz, O.M.I., Archbishop Emeritus of Anchorage; Most Reverend Chad W. Zielinski, Bishop of Fairbanks and Most Reverend Andrew E. Bellisario, Bishop of Juneau.
The ACCB speaks on behalf of the bishops on matters related to public policy including: protection of life, rights of families, protection of the poor and vulnerable in our midst, access to economic opportunity, education issues, immigration policy and climate change to name a few.
