Holy Spirit Center Lenten Retreat – “A Mission of Mercy and Love” is the theme for this Lenten Retreat which will be led by Fr. Richard Leonard, SJ. Pope Francis has said “… there is no one and no place beyond the grace of God’s mercy and compassion.” During this Lenten retreat, the focus is on Matthew 28: the commission to go out to the real world and proclaim the good news. Participants will have personal quiet time for prayer, reflection, and the opportunity to participate in Mass, adoration and benediction, and the sacrament of Reconciliation.

A Jesuit priest, Fr. Leonard is an internationally known author, lecturer, and retreat leader with a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne (Australia). Among his ten books are: “Where the Hell is God,” “What Does it all Mean,” and his latest is “Hatch, Match & Dispatch: A Catholic Guide to Sacraments.”

The retreat will start Friday, March 20 at 7:00 pm and end with noon lunch on Sunday, March 22.

The fee is $295 for a private room, $275 for a shared room, or $245 for the commuter. Call Holy Spirit Center at 907-346-2343 to register or for more information.
