Donor Data Administrator

This posting will close Tuesday, August 27, 2019. The start date for this position is immediate or ASAP.

This position is designed to coordinate general office activities and to provide general oversight and administration of the donor/parishioner database system. Incumbent will coordinate database maintenance with parishes utilizing the standard operating procedures manual and go to parishes for new staff training. This position will maintain the donor data and prepare reports for management and development staff, particularly analysis of development and campaign efforts, and related activities. Provide administrative support for the stewardship and development office, including production for mailings and events; expense tracking and reporting; supplies, inventory, equipment, and facility work orders; support for gift processing and donor records; scheduling and maintaining notes for internal meetings for stewardship and development and the Catholic Foundation.

Annual Giving Director

We are looking for a fundraising and marketing professional who is ready to take Catholic Social Services to the next level. The Director of the Annual Giving is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the annual giving program of Catholic Social Services.


This is a high-profile position that guides the Executive team, department and program directors and the Board of Trustees’ Finance Committee in their oversight of the financial management of CSS. The position is responsible for managing the Finance Department, the budgeting, financial reporting, annual audit(s) and the accounting for the agency. It is also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with financial institutions, grantors, and the financial community by performing the essential functions of the position.

Donor Communications Manager

Reporting to the department director, the Donor Communications Manager contributes to and implements the development-specific communication strategy with the goal of planning and creating communications that educate, engage, cultivate, and inspire philanthropic support for and engagement with CSS and its 7 programs.
