This is an elegant afternoon tea where you and your friends can spend time enjoying a lavish lunch served by our friendly staff. There will be an open auction for the hostess center pieces and a silent auction table for the quiet competitors. This event boasts many door prizes and a hat competition. If interested in reserving a seat for the event please call the parish. We are also in need of ladies interested in hosting a table for this event. There are only twelve tables available with eight seats at each table and will be given to the Hostesses on a first come, first serve basis. $25 per person or $200 per table. The retreatants will be given a framework in order to prepare for a deeper awareness of the presence of God. Second Sunday in Lent [March 8, 2009]
March 8 │ “At the Death House Door” a documentary told through the eyes of Reverend Carroll Pickett, who from 1982 to 1995 ministered 95 inmates in the final hours, will be shown at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish at 1:30 pm. A discussion with Rev. Pickett will follow. This film was short-listed for an Academy Award this year. This is in conjunction with Alaskans Against the Death Penalty. All are invited.

Catholic Social Services’ Pregnancy Support Baby Boutique is in need of diapers (size 3 – 5) for the larger babies that we serve. The Baby Boutique is located at 3721 East 20th Avenue and is open from 11am – 3:00 pm Tuesday & Thursday.
