There will be quite time for rest and reflection and an opportunity to participate in a 12 Step meeting.

Donate $20 to Clare House and get a free haircut. Marie’s is located at 570 East Benson across from Sears Mall near Great Harvest Bread Company. Marie's is also hosting a raffle with 6 fabulous prizes. You could win a Diamond ring, 3-day motor home rental, Apple iPOD, cordless phone, $50 gift certificate to Best Buy or a picnic basket. A special thank you to St. Andrews Parish and Evergreen Nursery & Garden Center for their outstanding support of Catholic Social Services’ Refugee Assistance and Immigration Services program. St. Andrews collected enough food, clothing, household products, and furniture to cover newly arriving Uzbekistan families’ basic needs as well as providing supplies for future families. The congregation collected money to help CSS develop a rotating security deposit and first month rent fund. Evergreen provided expertise, plants, backhoe services and labor to help refugees plant a garden in Mt. View in order to grow vegetables to sell at a Farmer’s Market booth.
