Deputy Director of Development: Covenant House Alaska
Join a dynamic, successful development team at Covenant House Alaska. We are searching for Deputy Director of Development to help us increase our capacity. This individual will work with the Development Director, and Leadership Team to implement the agency’s revenue plan and cultivate foundation, government, corporate, and major individual donor relationships. The Deputy Development Director will supervise or co-supervise a small number of staff, volunteers, or interns.
The work requires excellent communications, analytical, and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business communications, fund development, or a closely related field. The right candidate must have excellent public speaking, presentation, and writing skills. They must also be familiar with MS Office and other communications, publishing, presentation, and fund raising software.

Director of Youth Ministry
Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, a vibrant 1,400 family faith community in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a faithful and passionate Catholic who loves Jesus and His Church and is called vocationally to the young church, for full time employment as the Director of Youth Ministry. The successful candidate will be one who strives to lead a life of personal holiness and expresses a heartfelt desire to lead teens closer to the heart of our Lord. SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR: For the National TEC Conference
The National TEC (Teens Encountering Christ) Conference is seeking a full-time Spiritual Director. Candidate needs a minimum of five years’ experience in spiritual formation, pastoral leadership and supervision. Other qualifications include: experience in youth/young adult Ministry, MA in pastoral ministry, religious education, or adult faith formation; strong written and oral communication skills; and live from a deep appreciation of the Catholic faith. The ideal candidate must also be a mature person comfortable collaborating with wide variety of adult leaders/volunteers.
