Director of Youth Ministry

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, a vibrant 1,400 family faith community in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a faithful and passionate Catholic who loves Jesus and His Church and is called vocationally to the young church, for full time employment as the Director of Youth Ministry. The successful candidate will be one who strives to lead a life of personal holiness and expresses a heartfelt desire to lead teens closer to the heart of our Lord. Applicants should have at least a Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of three years experience in youth ministry. Position is responsible for overseeing continued vision and growth of the Jr. and Sr. High programs, including Confirmation, with special attention given to empowering lay leadership among both adults and teens in accordance with the bishops document Renewing the Vision.
