Deputy Director of Development: Covenant House Alaska

Join a dynamic, successful development team at Covenant House Alaska. We are searching for Deputy Director of Development to help us increase our capacity. This individual will work with the Development Director, and Leadership Team to implement the agency’s revenue plan and cultivate foundation, government, corporate, and major individual donor relationships. The Deputy Development Director will supervise or co-supervise a small number of staff, volunteers, or interns.

The work requires excellent communications, analytical, and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business communications, fund development, or a closely related field. The right candidate must have excellent public speaking, presentation, and writing skills. They must also be familiar with MS Office and other communications, publishing, presentation, and fund raising software.
