SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR: For the National TEC Conference

The National TEC (Teens Encountering Christ) Conference is seeking a full-time Spiritual Director. Candidate needs a minimum of five years’ experience in spiritual formation, pastoral leadership and supervision. Other qualifications include: experience in youth/young adult Ministry, MA in pastoral ministry, religious education, or adult faith formation; strong written and oral communication skills; and live from a deep appreciation of the Catholic faith. The ideal candidate must also be a mature person comfortable collaborating with wide variety of adult leaders/volunteers. Previous experience in the TEC Movement is essential and diocesan ministry experience preferred. Send a letter of application, resume and three referrals by Feb. 25, 2008 to:
